Refund policy
Return Eligibility: Returns are accepted only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered products.
Timeframe: Issues must be reported within 36 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence sent to our support team.
Non-Returnable: Due to the nature of food products, opened, used, or perishable items are not eligible for return or refund.
Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Replacements: Where applicable, replacements may be offered instead of refunds, at Regai Foods’ discretion.
Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not been dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellations or refunds are not possible.
